Do not go to this salon, I have never in my life been so upset, Alyssa highlighted my hair and she totally screwed the color up yesterday she was supposed to do highlights and lowlights I have blonde hair I came out with a mouse brown with black strips, went back today for her to fix and it was clear she was not going to admit she made a mistake she was very disrespectful and rude which made me have attitude, she made me feel like she really didn’t want to fix my hair, I was clearly upset about my hair I felt stuck so asked her to please fix my hair the look on her face I could tell she was mad and had no interest in correcting her mistake so I said I can see you don’t want to fix my hair and she said and I quote “No I don’t,” I never lose my cool but this girl is just so disrespectful and rude she clearly needs some customeri service training I tried to call and speak to the owner because I hate leaving bad reviews especially since it is local and I live local, she hung up on me when I called. So disappointed !!!!! Since I live here I always get asked about hair salons I will not recommend this Salon.
