Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueCustomer service was great. They were able to take me in last minute. I was a new customer getting liquid gel and decided on a pedicure when I got there. They were amazingly attentive. Jenny did my pedicure, I didn’t like the color at first but she was great with helping me pick out something else and was nice about changing the color for me. Cindy did my nails they came out great and she was really sweet. Jenny gave an amazing massage and as I was leaving they gave me a Christmas gift, it wasn’t expected but extremely kind. Customer service was great. They were able to take me in last minute. I was a new customer getting liquid gel and decided on a pedicure when I got there. They were amazingly attentive. Jenny did my pedicure, I didn’t like the color at first but she was great with helping me pick out something else and was nice about changing the color for me. Which is probably why my nails didn’t even last two weeks $90 later. Totally unprofessional staff, place looks really run down. If it wasn’t for how close this place was to my house I would of never set foot in it. Horrible experience both times I’ve been , very rude nail tech over charged me for simple nail design she finished with rather quickly. Which is probably why my nails didn’t even last two weeks $90 later. Totally unprofessional staff, place looks really run down. If it wasn’t for how close this place was to my house I would of never set foot in it. Absolutely no social distance while waiting. People who got there 40 minutes after me were token before me. I ended up leaving cause of the wait.
