Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have had Chanel do my nails twice and she does an amazing job. She takes her time and doesn’t hurt you when she removes old dip powder. She is very talented too! If you want a design; I recommend her. She did a great job even when they were busy. I will be coming back to have her do my dip nails from now on. I have had Chanel do my nails twice and she does an amazing job. She takes her time and doesn’t hurt you when she removes old dip powder. She is very talented too! If you want a design; I recommend her. She did a great job even when they were busy. I will be coming back to have her do my dip nails from now on. She works everyday but Wednesday she said.

Took my daughters there for prom. The nails looked like a 12 year old did them. They where messy, bumpy, and crooked. My one daughters nails where so bad I had to ask for a refund. The manager was very rude and said if you want a refund we have to remove them. Then she removed them half way and they looked so bad hurting my daughter in the process. Then also after all that told us to never come back which I never would after that horrible awful experience!!

Critical: QualityI went here to get a regular manicure with the color white painted on my nails. The lady that did my nails put a clear coat on top of my nails after they had just been painted white which I didn’t think much of at the time until a couple days later, the color of my nails began to turn brown. I went here to get a regular manicure with the color white painted on my nails. The lady that did my nails put a clear coat on top of my nails after they had just been painted white which I didn’t think much of at the time until a couple days later, the color of my nails began to turn brown. I don’t know if they haven’t bought new products in a while or what but that shouldn’t be happening. I told myself I wouldn’t go there in the first place but there was no other place to go. When going to this location make an appointment with a specific tech. I prefer Anna. If you don’t have an appointment with someone in particular your going to wait for long periods of time, it’s almost like that appointment doesn’t really matter. This place is pretty good though dispute the long wait times. Prices are fair. Bring cash for a tip unless you want to charge your card twice. Have been going here for about 2 years now and only 1 time I’ve had an issue but they were quick to get me back in to fix it.

Terrible experience. I made an appointment for a pedicure the day earlier. After about 10 minutes of waiting they told me to go sit in a chair. They did seem pretty busy. The chair wasn’t prepped and didn’t have water in the bottom yet. I waited about 15 minutes and a man came over to start. I selected the pedicure I wanted and went with the upgraded option. The upgrade was about 15 dollars more than the basic. The man did not let my feet soak and immediately started clipping. My entire pedicure lasted 14 minutes, from the time of the water fill up to me being put under the dryer. To say it felt rushed was an understatement. Two days later my toes were already chipping on the big toe and pinky. For 45 dollars and what they listed as a luxury pedicure I would expect it to last more than 15 minutes. The woman, I believe the owner, who did my mothers nails did a great job, but it took an hour and a half. I ended up waiting over an hour for her nails because I was rushed through so fast. I would suggest if you do go here, go to one of the women, but expect to be interrupted by constant phone calls during your session.

I believe the technicians name is Vicki, she will not be touching my daughters nails again. They are thick and uneven, very rude when asked to fix them (she didn’t actually fix them), and she tore up her cuticles.

I’ve been using this place for the last few years. Never had a great experience and quite a few awful experiences, nails breaking a day after dip mani, peeling gel, crooked nails, bumpy dip. But the one tech did a pretty good job consistently which is what kept me going back. I made an appt online, missed the call to confirm my appt (for whatever reason that was necessary,) so I called back and spoke with a man and confirmed I was on my way to my appt. I showed up and the nail tech was extremely rude yelling across the room saying that it was my fault that I didn’t answer the phone call and she would not be doing my services. The rest of the techs tried to say they told her that called back but “she didn’t listen to them” and they offered to do my nails. However after being yelled at across the room I was irritated and uncomfortable. Their pricing is also insanely inconsistent. Some days I walked away paying $60 for a plain dip manicure with no designs or tips. Won’t be going back after that ordeal.

10am this morn the employee who did me strolled in late fashion red carpet style. My friend and I went seated the same time. She was nearly done and had a great experience, massage legs feet etc. my late employee didn’t even look while working. I was started 20 minutes later than my friend and I was complete and drying 5 minutes after her. My nail polish wasn’t even completely taken off. I never want this person again.

Despite reading the bad reviews I decided to come back here after not getting my nails done for a while. I made an appointment online. It was fast and efficient. When I got there I was taken right away. They did my dip nail first since I was using my real nail. The guy that did was fast and efficient and it came out great. Next I got my pedicure. The guy was very nice and talkative which I enjoy so its not so awkward just sitting there. So I had a great experience today. Not many nail places open on a Sunday which I needed to get them done for a funneral Mon.
