Lemon Tree Hair Salons Holbrook

Critical: Professionalism, Qualityi’ve been to lemon tree before but i never had an experience like this one. the staff did not communicate efficiently with one another, i had called a day prior to have my hair washed and blown out. They looked clueless when i stated what i was there for and overall welcomed me very unprofessionally. The woman who i scheduled a blowout with was not personable at all. I have very thick and long hair, mind you i know it’s a pain in the a$$ to dry. but this was a nightmare. as a second year cosmetology student myself i know how a blowout is supposed to be done. the client should NOT have their hair being ripped out, the client should NOT see their hair smoking, the client should NOT have their head being tugged on, the client should NOT smell their hair burning. and lastly the client should NOT continuously feel concentrated heat on their scalp/neck. i got my hair cut a week ago at a different salon my hair was healthy and my ends were bouncy and alive, i left lemon tree with my ends crispy and dead.i’ve been to lemon tree before but i never had an experience like this one. the staff did not communicate efficiently with one another, i had called a day prior to have my hair washed and blown out.
