She is about the “whole body” and can usually tell when I have a pain or an issue with a body part without me even telling her by just the way she can feel my muscles being pulled in certain directions. She is in tune with your whole body as she releases not only the knots and muscle tensions but also can relieve secondary issues linked to that, such as straightening my hip alignment through muscle release which in turn helps the way I walk and stand without pain. Monica is more than just a massage therapist. She is about the “whole body” and can usually tell when I have a pain or an issue with a body part without me even telling her by just the way she can feel my muscles being pulled in certain directions. I go to Monica feeling like a pretzel, but she unties ever knot and I come out feeling wonderful. I like a deep tissue ♀️ massage and she does an awesome job. All the tension drains out of me and my muscles are relaxed for days. She’s a gem!!!
