New to this area and this was a gift I did for my mother in law, I called over the phone to get information for this place plus I walked in to store and confirm and purchase gift certificate. I even added gratuity so my Mother in Law wouldn’t have any other charges to pay. Well the day came when they had her come on 3 seperate occasions as the back, leg massage and facil couldn’t be done all at once. Plus on top of that the massage weren’t even effective as it felt like the masseuse didn’t want to touch her. She got charge an additional $ 40.00 – for what, I don’t know since it was paid for plus additional gratuity which was already left when the gift certificate was purchased and was written it that gratutity was paid for. Unprofessional and not clean, they had a newborn in their location that belond to the masseuse as she told my mother in law that the baby was hers. This place is privately owned and when I asked my questions and references it all came back as being a good place, but all the reviews and “customers” were all family and friends giving good reviews. If you looking into this place don’t be fooled, i regret having my mother in law go here plus they took more money for services already paid for and stiplulated I wanted. I will not return nor would I recommend to anyone this place. I would give 1/2 a star however it only give me option for 1 full star when their services were not as agreed and paid for. bad massage and not worth it at all as you adjust to their schedule.

Loved it! Was recommended by Laurie and Eddie from Hemet News Facebook page (best references for anything in town) and you will NOT be disappointed. Small, quaint, private rooms and lovely people both at the desk and the massage Therapist Candice! She was amazing and SO AFFORDABLE! Best part, small, family run local business so they deserve the support!

I have struggled with a lower back issue for years and would usually hesitate at the idea of visiting a professional massage service. Doing my research i came across information about Hands of Mercy, there extensive explanation of there services and how long they have been treating people drew me in. I am so glad I did, and go as often as I can. There attention to detail, making you comfortable and there knowledge as therapists is amazing. I highly recommend you visit them and give them a try you will not be disappointed.

This place has the best massage that I have ever had. Their staff is very knowledgeable about the different kinds of massage to help with any problem that I have ever had including a stiff neck that would not go away with sleep but tighten up over night. All their therapists are talented and professional that use soothing lotion or oils depending on your preference. Each room is private, clean, and comfortable with soft music and low lighting so you can relax. Also there is the added bonus feature of the About Fitness program that they have which has a no hassle contact and I can work out at my own pace in such a comfortable environment. I can’t recommend Hands of Mercy enough, you won’t get better treatment anywhere, and each month they have a fun new special. I just took advantage of their April special so that I can relax each month like my own private get away.

I have been getting Massage Therapy for over thirty years. I went to Hands of Mercy and was worked on by Marianna Canchola, and she is by far the very best Massage Therapist to work on me ever. She performs pain management and trigger point manipulation, among other things, which I have found very effective. I am in a lot less pain than usual, I can move muscles and joints that I haven’t been able to move in years. Marianna also fixes headaches and other problems. She is very professional, has an extensive knowledge of human anatomy, and appears to have had considerably more training than the average therapist. She can very intelligently explain to you exactly what she is doing at any moment. She uses pressure commensurate to each individual’s pain tolerance. Lastly, she is very clean and hygenically sound. She makes you feel very comfortable during your time. I highly recommend her. Get your appointment quickly, because she books up fast.
