Quite possibly the worse powder dip manicure I’ve ever gotten! I bet by the photos you can’t tell which nail is my pinky as compared to my pointer… the color I picked was 41 and the tech told me the color on my nails is the same color def not never mind the fact that literally a quarter on each side of my nail was filed away leaving a gap between the width my real nails grow as compared to how slanted she filed my nails away then when I mentioned to her how bad the side filing was she asked me if I wanted her to put more powder there I don’t know how that would make a difference seeing as how she already filed away where my real nail would typically be just overall a bad experience and I will never go back there ever again

Got a pedicure which came out amazing and the girl was very detailed. I got my nails done by Karla who did a stunning job! I gave her an out of the box nail design and she nailed it (literally). I got my nails done by Karla who did a stunning job! I gave her an out of the box nail design and she nailed it (literally). Very impressed and will be coming back!

I initially left this salon a 5 star review but I’m so peeved with how my last visit went that I’m changing it entirely. The prices seem fair at first glance but once it’s all said and done, they charge a lot more without saying anything until you go to pay and have no choice but to deal with it. I believe the exact words of the owner after I asked her why there was nearly a $30 discrepancy was “Well you don’t come in all the time so the prices for you are different than other people” …. I just moved to the area and this was my third time there in the last 2 months that I’ve been here, but okay cool. I was initially happy to find this place since I did just move here and was hoping to make it my regular spot, but out of principal I won’t be returning. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I am writing this review on behalf of my mother. My mom made an appointment for her nails with Karly at 2:15pm. My mother arrived at 2:20pm due to no parking outside. When my mother walked in, the owner said that she booked her for 2pm which was inaccurate. When my mother corrected her she simply replied “we were waiting for you since 2pm and you didn’t show up, so we gave your spot away”. My mom told the owner that she scheduled her for 2:15pm and the owner replied with just an “oh yeah, thats right”, and they couldn’t take her after, due to another client that was scheduled. My mother has been going to the salon for over 2 years, and Karly did not care to make eye contact or acknowledge the mistake that occurred. My mother was in disbelief and baffled on how Karly and the owner treated her. No apologies or accommodation were given, due to their lack of attentiveness. My mother will take her business elsewhere. They do a good job but they need to practice on their customer service skills, work on their attitudes when the customer is requesting nail designs, and they have to stop rushing when doing the customer nails (they overbook and not giving time between customers).

Best place to go and get your nails done. Meyvelin, and Michelle always do my nails and they always come out really nice. This is a small ,cozy nail salon. All the girls are very good, the best thing about this salon is no appointment need it they always see me right away. Really reccomend this nail salon.
