GG is my favorite nail salon. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. They will always try to suit your exact requests, even if outside of the nail style norm. They are never rushed or sloppy. I don’t regularly get manicures, but Thuy still remembers me from the years I’ve come off and on and my little life details! When here you’re not only getting your nails taken care of but feels like returning to friends each time you visit. 5 stars for their nail tech skills and exceptional customer service.

Pedicure: The very nice lady scraped a piece of my skin off and it hurt, so I looked and sure enough, it was bleeding.Then when I paid, I tipped $12 for me and my mom who had a 10min manicure after a 45min wait. When the lady collected the money, she asked if I’m only tipping $12? I said yes and then they all started chatting away in chinese about my $12 tip. I felt embarrassed and cheated. Felt like extortion. I was given a 3:30 appointment so I assumed at 3:30-3:45maybe? They would be able to take us. After the uncomfortable pedicure, I no longer wanted the manicure but she insisted I should get it(of course), and I went along with it. The lady who was going to serve my mom was with a client, then started setting up someone else’s nails, as my mom waited for nearly an hr from the appointed time. This was quite an interesting experience. $97 bucks for a pedicure that cost a little blood shed, and 10min manicure after a 45min wait. This definitely is not my favorite memory.

I got a full set of fiberglass nails and left in tears. I was cut with the dremel, the set was so bad it looked like my nails were floating chiclets. No gloves were worn and I saw the techs sharing tools without cleaning them. I had to go to a different salon to get them fixed and I’m still in a lot of pain. They were comically bad. Save your nails, go elsewhere. The quality of service has changed dramatically in the last 3 years and not for the better.
