Horrible customer service! Mimi asked me to pick a color after Mimi put on a color I said it doesn’t look like the color I picked Mimi said I needed to tell her to put a base color on first really? I need to tell her how to do her job? My nails were so rough that they snagged my gloves I won’t be back This was my 2nd time the first time I had the worst set of nails. The shape of each of my nails were all different I didn’t notice til I got home so I went back for a second chance what Mimi has responded did not happen. She made me feel like it was my fault that she couldn’t do the right color and she was on her phone texting the whole time that she was supposedly doing my nails

I cannot speak highly enough about Mimi nail and spa. I have gotten my nails done every other week for over 10 years, and been to many facilities over the years. I have only gone to Mimi’s since my first appointment over a year ago. They do a wonderful job, with fantastic attention to detail. All the staff are very friendly and professional, and I have never been anything but satisfied with the work.
