I waited for 2 hours to have my nails done to be told I would have to wait another hour to be seen. No one tells you how long you have to wait. There was 1 person ahead of me. What a waste of my time!!!!!!!! Ended up leaving without being seen. Would not recommend going there.

Great first visit here! Sebastián (did pedi) and Amy (did mani) I was equally impressed with them both. They were very courteous and patient with me. I wanted a nude/neon yellow color combination and they exceeded my expectations! I will be back here in the near future. Oh, and be prepared to have Cash Only because cards are not accepted currently.

Critical: QualityDon’t let the man that does nails in here do your nails period. He didn’t shape my nails just clipped them really fast so he could get to more customers and to top it off he had my nails bleeding. They should of provided a cut on the price. I actually loved the place till the man did my nails awful experience. The ladies do a good job though and are really nice but as long as he is there I won’t go there he tries to do my nails everytime. I’m mad because the owner actually made my nails grow I would always get overlay and my nails looked natural. They do not have good customer service at all!! I’m sorry yes they do have customer service but only to certain individuals. They greet to whom they want to greet and they bypass/overlook you and serve who they want to serve. Terrible place of business!!!! I refuse to spend my hard earned money with a business that does not care for my business!!!

The only shop I will go to in this area. Tina is amazing and never gets upset or has a problem with you being picky. There is a sign in sheet and always has been a sign in sheet that they do follow. She remembers me by name and how I like my service. The don’t chit chat unless you initiate it because they work hard and fast and do a wonderful job to get everyone in and out. Other nail shops have rude employees who tell you your wrong and it’s your fault when your not satisfied…not here. They fix the problem with no issue. I’ve been faithfully wearing acrylic for almost 20 years and when I say I won’t go anywhere but to Tina unless I do my own set I mean it. They also don’t try to overcharge xtra for nonsense. She is still slightly new to the area and always adding onto her shop. Support her and you won’t regret it.

If the customers are going to keep track of who is next, then they should just have customers pull numbers and call a number.statudays should be fully staffed if possible. They do not speak when you walk in. It’s really hard for me to pay for services when the customer service is not great.i like to be treated like a customer and not a number.
