I had a quick polish change. The check-in process is smooth and easy—no confusing paper system. You can select service and technician. The salon seemed very clean at the end of the day. The design is lovely modern decor with gold accents. They have pedicure spa rooms and some chairs out along the wall. I also noticed a bar, thus the lounge name.

Started out great, but it was not steady. I went there regularly since April 30th. Referred 2 clients and they were tipped very well. Unfortunately, we started noticing poor hygiene. The techs do not wash their hands before and after each client also I got uneven nails with corrugation that they refused to fix and I never expected to get it done for free. I am not picky at all since I am a stylist and understand the customer service industry well. Only ONE time I expressed disappointment. Yesterday was officially my last time going there. The photos below show my nails one week after Don “fixed” them.

DON IS GREAT!!! He gave me exactly what I wanted after showing him a photo for reference. I love that he is very thorough and made sure that every nail was the same length as the other nail. My nails are very clean, there is no excess product on my skin or underneath my nails neither. This was just my first experience here, and it definitely will not be the last! You have yourself a new repeat customer!

My daughter and I visited for her birthday. Very nice decor and everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. My tech, Jen, was fabulous and did a wonderful job. My daughter’s tech, Will, was equally friendly and took his time to make sure the Queen received the royal treatment she deserved! Yes, we fell into the upscale trap, but totally worth every penny!

Got referred to this 5th Nail Lounge by a friend. She told me to try a Kathy G. She is so nice and very patience since it wasfirst time. I absolutely live her work. Shop was clean and tastefully done. All the people who were working was so nice. Will return soon.

My first experience after a week of service two of my nails lifted up I went to get it repaired and they completely changed the color and didn’t seem to care to fix it properly. I removed all the nails myself and went back today for a full set. I mentioned the nails were wide and I didn’t like them but my voice was unheard because they were rushing to get the next person in that seat. I am so upset because I spent $55 on something I do not like and since I had to get my kids to practice I didn’t have time to get them redone. I unfortunately, do not recommend this nail shop after two failed attempts.

Ana has been my nail tech for almost 2 years. So when she moved to this location, of course I was coming right along with her. Lol. Not to mention, this place as a whole is AMAZING. Complimentary drinks for customers. Everyone was so nice and polite. The location is a little over 45 minutes from my home and I wouldn’t DREAM of going elsewhere!! When you’re getting A1 services, the drive doesn’t matter. See you all in 2 weeks!! Thank you!!

First impression through the door is CLEAN! From the waiting area to the VIP section, it was spotless and well organised. All the staff were friendly and got all 3 of us into a chair for pedicures within a minute. My technician was quick, but gentle, and did a fantastic job. Who I imagine is the owner was in a beautiful dress and tended to every customer as if they’d been a regular for years. I highly recommend this spot, it may not look like much on the strip mall, but this place is an oasis!
