Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueKaren Smith is my stylist here and she is fenomenal! I drive 3 hours each way just to see her. Right before my wedding my former stylist move to the east coast to make it big! I was extremely happy for him and since he momentarily stop doing hair to focus on the development of products, I made the mistake to not ask him for a recommendation. I used to travel to see him, so I decided to find someone local, in San Diego for a change. Oh boy what a mistake! Some unscrupulous so called stylist in San Diego promised too much and delivered nothing. She burned my very long hair just months before my wedding and leave me with a bright orange head. I was so desperate that I called my former stylist and he couldn’t believe what had happened to my hair! He offered to help, but he was very busy and our schedules did not matched. Then he recommended Karen! Omg! She not only fix the color, but cut my hair and recommended a step by step treatment to have my long hair back before my wedding day. My wedding got postponed due to Covid, but her tips worked. I had the length I wanted for the wedding date and the color was perfect. Now she is my stylist and I keep going to see her. Critical: QualityI never write bad reviews but my experience was horrible . The stylist was extremely rude ,didn’t listen what I want and yelled at me !! when I was asking to do what I need . I was scared to be thrown away from the salon with bleach and foils in my head so I waited until she finished just letting her do what she wants . She was doing my hair with such a rush and attitude but not doing it right . Now I need to go somewhere else and pay all over again to fix everything and my roots that look like done month ago . I never write bad reviews but my experience was horrible . The stylist was extremely rude ,didn’t listen what I want and yelled at me !! when I was asking to do what I need . I was scared to be thrown away from the salon with bleach and foils in my head so I waited until she finished just letting her do what she wants . She was doing my hair with such a rush and attitude but not doing it right . Now I need to go somewhere else and pay all over again to fix everything and my roots that look like done month ago . If you want to be treated like dirt for your money this is the place for you !
