Negative five stars. This experienced has RUINED MY IMAGE. Horrendous haircut. So many adjectives come to mind. ONE HALF OF MY HEAD IS 1.5 INCHES SHORTER THAN THE OTHER — HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN THAT? A strikingly poorly carried out, unbalanced composition. Stylist did not cater to what I clearly explained I wanted, nor did she apply any sort of artistry in the cut or style. I explicitly told her I did not want generic layers — of course she layered my hair like crazy, a generic failure.
