I waited one hour for my scheduled appointment today and the stylist never showed up! I took off two hours from work to be there. I have an extremely important business meeting in California Friday morning and now I have to call around to see who can do my difficult natural hair. I will have to take more time off to go to a new appointment and use time to call around, time that I don’t have. This missed appointment has put me in a difficult situation and is extremely upsetting!!!

I had too reschedule once and then they cancelled which I totally understand but has never been rescheduled nor has my “deposit” x2 been refunded! My first time there my lashes started falling out within hours. Won’t be returning!

Worse place to do business. I was charged a deposit for a dermaplane facial with Brittney and she cancelled an hour before my appointment. I waited four days before reaching out to her so I could reschedule my appointment. No response, I proceeded to reach out to the spa ; no answer. I did not receive my $45 dollar refund back and I would like it.
