I came and got my nails done here because the last time was amazing this time was terrible! The shaping job of my nails is horrible and im super bummed because i think these are the nails i am gonna get engaged in. I also got a few cuts from them hitting my skin with the drill! I am too nice to have anyone fix them because i dont want to be a complicated costumer!:(

At one point the nail tech was confused that I wanted a Red French tip. She had another girl give her some instructions, and than proceeded. I was a little nervous. But she did a fabulous job!! I just started doing my nails again. I went here on a whim. They got me in quick, and did a great job! At one point the nail tech was confused that I wanted a Red French tip. She had another girl give her some instructions, and than proceeded. I was a little nervous. But she did a fabulous job!! I LOVE them! I will be back!

They were amazing!! I had another appointment at H.O.C. Nail bar and spa and after waiting for 30 min I learned they had no intention of honoring my appointment and I would be waiting at least another hour so I left and just walked in here. They greeted me and got me right in and did a quick, beautiful, and professional pedicure. They were friendly and cared about their customer. They even gave me a punch card so after 10 visits I get a $15 off a service. Fantastic! Highly recommend them!!

I was VERY disappointed with the service provided today. The man who did my manicure and pedicure wasn’t friendly at all. I understand some nail techs not being very talkative, but this one was border line rude. I don’t think he wanted to be there and made it pretty known. I love 2Q and most of the people there but I will wait for someone else next time if they try to put me with who I had today. He was very demanding, he didn’t offer the massage remote (I know I could have just reached it and used it) during my pedicure, and then when it came time for the lotion and hot towel after the manicure he came to my side of the desk and had me hold my arms out while he stood and massaged them and put the towel on (my favorite part is being able to rest my arms on the desk/table while they do this). I was just very very disappointed with my visit today.

First timer. Called to make an appt 2 days prior and they had availability. Came in the day of and had Kim do both my mani gel and pedi. She is both gentle and meticulous and gives great massages. I love how my nails and toes turned out. Massage chairs are great too. Clean place, friendly staff. Will definitely come back.
