Traci & her sister in law are the VERY best! I can go on my lunch break (by appointment) & have no problem getting back to work on time. They are personable, friendly & affordable. You will not be disappointed. They truly are THE BEST! Gel manicures, Manicure, Nail painting, Sculpted nails, Pedicure, Hand & foot massages, Kids’ manicures

I had a fill on acrylics. They young lady was nice. My problem is I was told it would be $35.for a fill and when I went to pay it was $48. No tip for you!!!!!My nails where not shaped perfectly and the ring finger wasn’t covered as well as it should have been. I certainly won’t be back. Acrylic nails

Had my first visit yesterday and it’s absolutely amazing. My nails look beautiful, the staff was VERY friendly, and the prices are great! I came in for a dip powder and tips manicure and they did such a wonderful job I decided to get a pedicure while I was there. (My first pedicure at a different nail salon ended in 3 toes surgeries so this is a big deal) the lady was so sweet and my second pedicure was a wonderful experience. I will 100% be going back!

Very great detail to my pedicure! Clean polish job, not rushed at all. Gel nail polish looks amazing. Most impressive was who appeared to be the owner also checking in on quality of visit and happiness to services during and after. I went on a friend’s recommendation. Highly impressed and would recommend to others!!

Honest review: I have been going to Tracy for over a year and I was wowed by her work and great customer service skills but now, unfortunately, I will have to find a new nail shop. First and foremost, you NEVER know how much you will be charged, despite the pricing listed on the wall. I have been charged $18 – $25 for a fill (shellac) & $20 for a color change (shellac). My full sets have always varied from $45 -$55. Hailey is terrible at pedicures, she always does a rushed job, so I began to do my own. Diane’s full sets will have you going back to get a nail repair every 2 days. Tracy’s lack of ownership disappointed me this last go round. My nails weren’t up a week and were already cracking, not to mention the polish (Yes, shellac) was chipping.. that’s never happened. I spend too much money on my nails for mishaps. Good riddance.

I’ve been to this place a couple times and my first time was amazing, so I thought this place was perfect for me. Ever since that first time it has constantly gone down hill. Most recently, I got a dip manicure, like I typically do, and it was done very sloppy. She cut me a couple of times, which I let go. What frustrated me the most was how they charged me. I paid $45 (not including tip) for the absolute worst manicure ever. The menu on the wall says $35 for the dip, so in anyone’s mind they‘re paying $35 total, but apparently they throw in an additional $10 for the fact it was a manicure. I have never paid this much for a manicure. I’m only here for school and the place I go to at home charges me $35 for dip, they provide amazing customer service, constantly ask me about how I’ve been when I come in, and they provide complimentary food and drinks (of the alcohol variety of you’re of age), but I get all of that for ONLY $35. Where as if go to 1st Nails, you get terrible service, sloppy work (with nail polish all around your nails and I don’t know how you can do that with dip powder), and completely over charged/charged twice. If they’re going to charge like this they need to at least clarify when you sit down or include saying it on the menu on the wall. I will never be coming back and I don’t even recommend you go in and give it a try.

I go in only for the pedicure. I have been to many nail salons. 1st nails is hands down the best. From start to finish it’s an amazing experience. My feet are smooth, the entire process is heaven. It’s not uncomfortable or painful. I love the massage, stone rub, wet towel, EVERYRHING. SOPHIE IS THE BEST!!! You wont regret coming in for a pedicure.
