Not sure what happened to my previous review. But this is what my nails look like. I wanted the shape and french tip to look like this. And ended up with this. The person doing my nails ended up having an attitude with me when I said you could see my real nails and to add a base coat. Then she did and wasn’t going to clean the edges up and let out a huge sigh like I was inconveniencing her. I will not be coming back here. Very dissapointed.

Worst manicure. Gel was not removed very good and my nails look bumpy. Cut one finger filing and started bleeding. Spent about 2 minutes applying polish and it looks horrible. Sadly I do not have time to go back today and I have an event tonight. Will never go back. Waste of 23 dollars! Manicure

Poor customer service, poor quality. Got my nails done on Dec17th and at first service seemed legit. All I got was a shellac manicure. However upon walking to my car, I noticed all my nails were dull except for two. Thinking maybe I just needed to wash off residue or something, I kept it moving. But no, I ended up going back about an hour later to have them fix this, after all, the manicure was $35 and I gave a $12 tip for a job that took less than a half hour. When I went back she tried to convince me that I just needed more oil on them. Ummm ok, no. So she sits me down to put a proper clear top coat on. As soon as the uv light went out she unplugs the machine, wipes my nails, throws my hand back at me and turns her back without saying a word. Very rude. Fine. I know not to go back. But just a week later, my nails are chipped, I had to say something because this is unacceptable workmanship.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years and have had minor issues but nothing too bad up until last week. Went in to get a shellac manicure and pedicure, my pedicure was only okay. It looked/felt rushed which set the tone for the rest of my visit. I originally wanted a brown shellac manicure with a design, and the color I was told was brown looked like it in the bottle but came out differently and I didn’t like it. The tech still kept trying to pass it off on me but I hated it, and when I asked if she could change it tossed my hand back to me and told me to pick something else. Then when I did, she did not do the design I wanted and did a poor job at my nails. It is less than a week later and they are already cracking and chipping, polish isn’t covering my whole nail, etc. She also snatched my card from me when it was time for me to pay. Needless to say she did not receive a tip from me and I will not be back.

This was the worst mani/pedi I’ve ever received. I called and made a reservation for my mom, sister, niece, and myself for Saturday at 1pm. When we got there they were pretty busy, and just rushed through the whole process. They barely did any clean up on my nails, and didn’t touch my mom’s cuticles, which were badly needed. My polish job was done so sloppily and doesn’t even cover my full nail. I understand being busy but we made a reservation. We would have rather have waited and had a good service than a sloppy, rushed job. The lady sitting next to me while drying my nails also mentioned what a poor job that was done on her nails. I’m actually embarrassed by my nails, and could have done a much better job myself. It feels like they are just taking advantage of people. There are plenty of other options out there….DO NOT GO HERE.

I haven’t got my nails done in quite some time. Decided to give this place a try since I get my brows done in the mall as well. We’ll like everyone said, very rushed. I was the only one in there and my gel manicure literally took 17 minutes lol. She also cut me twice and didn’t even say anything until I said something as she was filing my bloody nail… absolutely disgusting. The price she charged was also $10 more than what the sign had said and I had no polish on or anything.

My mom gifted me a $60 gift certificate here as a gift for mother’s day because I just had a baby. I was really looking forward to it. I made an appointment for 2 pm and arrived promptly. Around 2:40 pm they still hadn’t even started working on my nails and I realized that at this rate, I wouldn’t even be able to get what I wanted done because the majority of the time I had was spent waiting AFTER my appointment time. The man said in a hasty way “well we’re short staffed” which I can sympathize with but then they shouldn’t have accepted the appointment or at least made me aware that there would be a 45 minute wait after my appointment. I ended up just giving the certificate to the woman next to me because I don’t support businesses that operate above the capacity of their staff, at the expense of their customers

My mom and I both made appointments for pedicures. They were extremely rushed, didn’t listen to basic info about how we wanted our nails. I got acrylic on my big toes and they are not even at all. Sat and let the polish dry and by the time my mom got home polish was rubbing off. Also the lady who did my toes bumped the polish twice and then proceeded to blame me saying “be more careful” when I hadn’t even moved. I don’t recommend at all
