Received service from Kayla and wouldn’t recommend!!! I asked for FULL LOW LIGHTS & HIGH LIGHTS, I received highlights and lowlights on about 80% of my hair she didn’t carry out the highs and lows like I asked and was promised! Instead she tried to tone my natural ginger roots and it looks terrible. When I reached out to her about fixing this mess she quoted me $45 after I had already paid her $180!!! I wasn’t going to pay more for a service I was supposed to receive in the first place! I specifically asked her to please not leave ANY natural color! With all this being said after being told I’d have to pay more I requested just a PARTIAL refund and was told she would now do it for free, and doesn’t offer refunds… Kayla is cheap and money hungry I didn’t ask for my roots to be toned she just wanted to cheap out I wanted them highlighted and lowlights fully! Also when sent this picture she must be kinda blind because somehow she doesn’t see any orange!!!!
