Went yesterday for the first time and Christina was amazing! I had recently gotten a cut in Columbus that was the opposite of what I had asked for and Christina listened to me and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. Been looking for a good stylist for a year now (moved from Texas) and finally found her! Thank you!

Got my hair done here for the first and last time… Don’t get me wrong its a nice place and great environment but I will not be going back. My appointment was at 2pm, I got to the salon at 1:30pm, the doors were locked. Finally got into the salon at 1:40 and had to wait on he woman to arrive back (no problem I don’t mind waiting because I was early). She did my hair it looks alright but I sat in her chair for 4 hours… to get mediocre results. She even told me I needed to cut 3-4 inches of my hair off because and I quote “your hair is dead at the ends and it won’t bond back together and if it does it’ll take forever to bond”. Two days later I washed my hair in Luke warm almost cold water and see the water from my hair is running purple… I got highlights done, which means this woman left toner in my hair. I paid $130 and sat for 4 hours to basically be told my hair is dead and to get decent results. I have them the benefit of the doubt because I was in need of the appointment.. lesson learned.
