This place is great. The women are nice and they have a great variety of colors to choose from. I usually call ahead on my way over just to make sure they can take me but just walking in is fine too. Regualr mani + pedi costs about $38 + tip. The spa chairs massage well and are in good condition.

This woman pressured me into getting the dip powder on my nails instead of gel. Would not stop insisting. Then took 2 1/2 hours to do my nails!! After the first 1 hour I asked how much longer and she said 30 minutes. She lied. So she’s doing my nails and i asked for the coffin shape. She proceeds to file for 20 minutes to a horrible rectangular shape. I asked a second time and SHOWED HER A PICTURE, and she still couldn’t shave them down to the right shape. Also 2 of the acrylic tips were CROOKED! To make things even worse, while she’s trying to file my pinky nail she literally cuts my pinky with the nail file. All she said was, “oh sorry”. 5 days later, I returned to get my acrylic nails off because the top coat was peeling off and one of the nails had broken. She took it off and gave me gel and still CHARGED THE WHOLE PRICE. I am extremely disappointed in the service and the product.

Today was my second time there. The first time I was there, the lady that did my nails kept on pressing too hard with the drill and my nail kept in heat up and burning. I’ve had my nails done for over 20 years now. That lady is rough! They have the happy hour and I was not offered it after I was done and I forgot to ask. When I called back to ask if it’s offeres with all services, she said yes. When I told her that I was there during the happy hour she was acting like she didn’t understand why I was saying. I kept on explaining what happened and then she finally said to ask to be reembursed next time I came in….really? How would they remember??
