BEWARE!! ALWAYS Confirm with Andrea the price she is going to charge BEFORE you get your hair done. I went to her 3 times for a Hair Botox treatment. The first time she charged $185 for the full treatment, the second time she charged $85 for a touchup. This last time she did the full treatment for me and another customer, she charged me $275 and the other customer $185 – that’s $90 more. I asked her if she increased her prices, she told me that she didn’t charge the other customer the full price. She does two types of Hair Botox treatments – The $185 one, she puts the treatment in and rinses it out, The $250 and up one – she doesn’t wash the treatment out. We both received the first treatment where she washes it out. Her blow dryer and flat iron heat was too high, a day later, I notice scabs forming on my scalp. I was in a rush to another appointment – I didn’t bother to argue with her, I left knowing that we we’re NEVER going back to her again. And as a child of the Most High God, Yah, my heavenly father will make her pay for over charging me, being sneaky and not being honest. I know he will bless me with 10 times what she had stolen from me. I’m leaving it in his hands.

I am a customer of Andrea. Speaking from personal experience. I go to her for wash n sets, and for hair growth. She was able to straighten my 4C hair without using any chemicals. She also gave me a trim and didn’t take off more than necessary. In other words, she gave me a real trim, not a cut like many hairstylists. If you have coily hair like me and want to have long healthy hair, Andrea’s is the place to go.

The last time I came here was in 2016. I have not been back and never will. I went into this salon with at least 20 inches of hair and Andrea gave me a “trim,” because stylists like to convince you that you need it after bleaching. I walked out with not even 12 inches, right below my shoulder. I cried and I shouldn’t have even paid. How do you trim and cut off 8+ inches of hair?
