I just had my hair dyed a different color for the first time in my life. I could not be more pleased. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and professional. Valerie did such a beautiful job with my hair. She took her time and understood exactly what I was looking for. I am not a very daring person and this was the most daring thing I’ve ever done. My daughter and I have been getting are hair done, at Hair Artistry By Valerie for many years. Our cosmetology is Hillary, we just love her ! She has a great personality and is a very talented hair stylist, with fantastic color skills ! From the time I walk in, I am greeted and I always feel so welcomed. I also just love, there beautiful, warm new location. This salon is always so pretty and clean. I also love how, the decorations change,depending on season and time of the year. After much research, I happened upon this great salon (and the wonderful reviews) and sure am happy that I did! Such a great atmosphere – the stylists and staff are so friendly and personable. After providing pictures of the hair color and cut I wanted, Hilary provided just that – and to perfection! Hilary was absolutely wonderful. When I go to a salon I generally expect the stylist to do what will look best. I hadn’t had my hair cut in literally years! I told her I needed an intense trim and she gave me exactly what I needed. A generous cut with some layers and styling that was flattering. Great prices and convenient. I go to Sydney and she is wonderful. She did a fantastic job on my complete makeover from gray (all one length) to sassy, layered brunette again… she completely understood what I wanted and did that. Next visit was just a cleanup – with some special attention to problem issues. Again – she “got it” instantly. She is also a genuinely sweet and intelligent woman and the atmosphere in there is very down to earth and friendly. They never try to shame you or sell you on things … (rare!) ….I will make it my new home for hair! 🙂
