So I have been to this location multiple times and was likely going to become a regular. I’ll never go back. I called and told them I was leaving going to be 15 minutes late and they chimed off about a new aggressive cancellation policy where they will be charging me the fee for my sons haircut + 50%. What a horrible policy and a great way to ensure you lose business. I’ll not be booking any more haircuts for me or my family.

Sara did an excellent job with my haircut, there’s a lot of 45$ barbershop in Charlotte but this has been the first that has given me a great cut, hot towel, wash and even a massage, that I wasn’t expecting, with a friendly atmosphere. In case someone Google’s it. This is also an great place for those with Asian/Straight thinner hair. Sara also got my cowlick. 10/10 would come again.
