My only complaint about this salon is that I wish I would’ve found them sooner! Brittany is incredibly skilled at what she does. She builds relationships every time someone sits in her chair- I’ve seen it while waiting for her magic to touch my hair. She is knowledgeable in her craft and through her relationships, builds trust so her client knows that any advice she gives is for the benefit of the client. The studio is classy, modern, and welcoming. It’s nice to be able to make a Nespresso and have some me time over a cup of coffee while being pampered with high class service. You know that saying “You get what you pay for?” With the ladies at X2, you get way more than you pay for: luxury treatment by professionals who stand behind their products and services 100%.

Brittany did an amazing job on my hair, however I will not be using them anymore. I did not realize the hair was marked up so much. I understand that companies make money off the products they sell but the markup on the hair was a lot. Enough to where I will not be using them anymore. Not all salon’s practice this as I have discovered. I can purchase the hair myself for a little over 300 and yet the salon is charging me over 700 for the same hair. Are you kidding me? When I mentioned this to Brittney, she never once offered me a discount at all. She suggested I seek a payment plan which was a little insulting. Just because I asked to purchase the hair myself doesn’t necessarily mean that I’m broke and I can’t afford the hair. I was merely asking for a discount LOL. I thought I was a good client who tipped well. Apparently she did not care enough for my business to even as much offer a discount. Do your homework ladies. There are a lot of salons that will allow you to purchase your own hair at cost and bring it to the salon. As long as the hair is of good quality. Every dollar counts, especially in these times. On a positive note, Brittney is good at hair and has always did a good job. No complaints there.

Brittany at X2 is hands down the most talented and caring hair guru you will find! She has the talent and cutting edge products and methods that you would find only in big city salons with the caring careful nature of our small town. She takes as much time as she needs and never rushes double books or cuts corners. She cares about ongoing education and is always mentioning new classes and workshops she is excited to attend. Brittany is an expert with blondes as well as various extension methods. I’ve never felt more confident that I will achieve the color and look I want while maintaining or improving the integrity of my hair than I do with Brittany!
