Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy son only wanted a low cut all over. Nothing at all fancy. For teenagers the price was supposed to be $18.00. The barber stated that the prices listed were incorrect. I advised that it should be changed. The clueless receptionist said she didn’t know anything and that its up to the barber. Well the little $2 dollars that he charged was now his little tip. We had been going to this spot for years with no problems until now. My son only wanted a low cut all over. Nothing at all fancy. For teenagers the price was supposed to be $18.00. The barber stated that the prices listed were incorrect. Critical: PunctualityCalled in for price on a shadow fade, had decent prices. Told me that I would have to come in prior to 5:30 if I wanted a cutt because they closed at 6. I got there at 5:15, nobody greeted me. I waited for 5 minutes asked this guy if his chair was open he said no. Then it was 5:30 they set there like I wasn’t there and all barber’s acted as if they were done for the day. So I just picked up my bags and proceeded to leave. Called in for price on a shadow fade, had decent prices. Told me that I would have to come in prior to 5:30 if I wanted a cutt because they closed at 6. I got there at 5:15, nobody greeted me.
