Beyond disappointed. The nail tech was incredibly nice but the salon is not clean and I ended up with infected nails. I’ve been getting acrylics for 10 years on and off, taking breaks along the way to let my nails heal. I also use either dial soap or hand sanitizer and clean under my nails since they are long. I have never had an infection. I understand it’s my own fault for not leaving when I first sat down. There was shavings from former customers nails all over the table, along with what looked like skin flakes. The filing drill was also covered in what looked like skin flakes. I understand it’s normal to see nail dust on some of the tools since they are filing nails all day long but this was the worst I’ve seen. The floors were so sticky my feet stuck as I walked. There was no soap by the hand wishing station or in the bathroom. I went in about an hour and a half before closing so maybe they were just incredibly busy that day and didn’t have as much time to clean up but it was still shocking and looked like days worth of debris. I got these done before I went on vacation and the edges started crinkling up the next morning when we were already on the road. Two nails came off by themselves, I had to remove the others because my nails hurt so bad underneath. They popped off rather easily with acetone and gentle filing but it hurt terribly. We recently moved here and this salon came highly recommended by a friend. It sounds like others have had great experiences but for me this was the worst salon I’ve been to. I’m not writing this wanting anything in return as I will never return. Just a forewarning to others.

First time getting my nails ever done. I got an acrylic full set on my hands and a lemon drop pedicure. My sister and I enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend.

Today was my first time visiting this location. I chose this location for the easy travel from my residence and the reasonable pricing. I hadn’t had my acrylic nails done since October 30th; I needed a fill BAD. To make matters worst, one of my pinky nails came off and the other pinky was split in the middle where my skin is. I requested to get my acrylics taken off and I just wanted a manicure. Amy approached me sweet, friendly, and helpful the second I walked into the shop not even sure of exactly what I wanted. I showed her my pinky and she suggested the Dip Powder manicure. While taking the acrylic off of my nails, she was VERY gentle and asked me multiple times if she was hurting me and if I felt okay! I’m not much of a talker, but she gave me conversation where I felt comfortable and told her about how much I use my hands. She showed me multiple powders in the color range that I was looking for so I was sure to get exactly what I wanted. She asked me multiple questions about my nail length and shaped that I desired so she was sure to give me exactly what I asked for. She was very gentle and quick with my nails and I could not ask for better service unless of course they served wine. Lol. She also greeted the other customers that came in as she continued to work on my nails, showing us all attention and still providing excellent service. At the end, you can’t even tell which nail is broken and she gave the BEST hand massage I’ve ever felt all the way up to my elbow. Other shops just stop at the wrist. I didn’t even know how much I needed that until I was driving home. My hands feel soft, light, and much less tense!I am VERY MUCH pleased with my nails, my hands, the location, the environment, the service. If I could have, I would have given a much bigger tip. Merry Christmas to everyone in the shop and thank you so much, Amy, for the beautiful service! I couldn’t ask for anything better! My boyfriend loves them! I will definitely be returning. My boyfriend and I have to see what the pedicure feels like!

I have had technicians Lon, Alex, Gigi & Mary and my nails have looked picture perfect each time I have gone there. The attached photo is after having Alex repair them and do a fill. The salon is always clean and bright, technicians are friendly and polite. They take appointments or walk in and both times I’ve walked in and have been seated within minutes. Highly recommend.

Worst experience in my history of trying new places. Uneven acrylic powder application and gel polish. Strokes show thorough and I’m having to have to redo them elsewhere. Didn’t even stay for my Pedi! Do not recommend. That’s not mentioning how she had me do an unnecessary soak for the wrong nail type. Unhappy  Gel manicures

I came and got a regular pedicure (express pedi) first the water was cold. I asked her to make the water hotter and she brought over a bowl of water and poured it into the tub instead of changing the water temp, she barely had on the jets in the tub she kept turning them off. Then she didn’t message my feet at all. And she didn’t massage my legs only rubbed in the lotion. Then just ended my pedicure and decided she was done. Didn’t do anything that it said on the menu under the pedi I received that was $35. I could have done that myself. So much for trying to treat myself. Very poor customer care as far as my pedicure. I won’t be returning here.

Wife made appointment several days ago for her and my grand daughter to have nails done at 5:30pm on Thursday. They arrive early and are told they would have to wait until 6:30 because the nail tech that was going to do their nails over slept. What a lame excuse. Full grown adults can’t set alarm clocks and get up on time? Act like responsible adults or close your doors and go out of business.

I went to Nailed It several times, I “cheated” and went to another salon in town. Horrible Idea!! The dip was applied so thick and started to chip within a few days. It took an hour to soak off the mess, but Amy did a wonder job. I feel like a put together business woman again. I will never cheat on Nailed It again. Dip powder

They try to do a good job. Really nice and respectful workers. The only negatives I have is that when I got my pedicure she buffed my nails too hard and scraped my toe pretty bad, which

I stopped in here after a VERY long and grueling haul from Laredo to the Fort Wayne area, and these fabulous fairy godpersons let me walk in with no appointment and gave me a fill and THE MOST AMAZING SPA PEDICURE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. EVER. I don’t know how this woman did what she did, but I’m not ruling out sorcery. Do yourself a favor and take your feet here. And please tip these fantastic humans.
