LaserAway is awesome! I’m about halfway through my treatments for Brazilian hair removal and I am so happy with the results already! Sam did my last treatment and she is the best! She is so friendly and made me feel very comfortable throughout my treatment. Customer service is so bad. I have been trying to get in contact with someone regarding my case after experiencing scarring and patchiness following my 1st visit. I went in for an appointment that was supposed to be completed in 1 visit and had to come back again because they weren’t able to complete it during the first visit. I was concerned about this because on top of the horrible pain, I noticed the scarring and patchiness in my bikini area. They’ve been giving me the runaround for months, assigning me to some fake case worker named Melina who never responds. I had to go to their lender, Ally, to get the rest of my money back since I would NOT be using their services again but LaserAway only approved a partial refund. So basically you want me to pay for a service that left me scarred when your company doesn’t even respond to customers once they have their money, does that make sense? I even had to file a complaint on BBB which the business has not responded to. It’s actually ridiculous, so at this point I’m just warning people to be aware of this.
