Critical: QualityI have been here before for pedicures which have been ok. I thought I would try a gel fill but the woman that did mine did not do a good job. I had to tell her that she should measure my nails before painting because they were uneven. I also told her how I don’t like the gel put on thick & she did it anyway. I also noticed that a few of my nails were not fully covered with nail polish. This is very aggravating when I pay so much for a service. I have been here before for pedicures which have been ok. I thought I would try a gel fill but the woman that did mine did not do a good job. I had to tell her that she should measure my nails before painting because they were uneven. I also told her how I don’t like the gel put on thick & she did it anyway. I also noticed that a few of my nails were not fully covered with nail polish. This is very aggravating when I pay so much for a service. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI made an appointment for a Sunday for my mother’s birthday and my girlfriend. It was for 3:45, they did not get my girlfriend in until 4:30 and completely blew my mom off. They were Blatantly rude and disrespectful. Not to mention that they took people in after they were waiting, as if my mom did not exist as well as the quality of my girlfriends nails they were sharp, they cut her fingers in two places and didn’t even touch her cuticles. To make it up to my mom they gave her a 10 dollar card, for blowing her off on a 60 dollar appointment. These people are not professional what so ever. Only respectful of their clique of regulars. I made an appointment for a Sunday for my mother’s birthday and my girlfriend. It was for 3:45, they did not get my girlfriend in until 4:30 and completely blew my mom off. They were Blatantly rude and disrespectful.
