I went for a root touch-up and highlights. I currently have highlights and I asked if they could make it the same color…said no. When asked how the previous hair salon was able to get it blond…they said it must be a stronger chemical. That my hair would break. I decided not to have them do it…as I am not sure what could have happened. Then my daughter was getting just a hair cut/blowout….they charged her $45…was just a trim…I believe they charged her more because I left. Buyer beware. In response to the owner comments….my daughter had to come back because you cut her hair crooked..not worth the money you if you have to go back because one side is longer than the other. I also had my hair done at a competitor with no issues…no breakage.

This place is the perfect balance of practicality and beauty! I walked in wasn’t too sure what I wanted and they talked with me through options and were friendly suggesting ideas. My hair was brassy & dry … when I tell you all I walked out with a gorgeous, chestnut/golden hair in about an hour…I just couldn’t believe it. I highly recommend this place, they know what they are doing! ❤️

Critical: Quality, ValueI arrived at 1:30 pm and they were bleaching and removing and re bleaching my hair to the point it all fell off, I am so embarrassed to go to work, your hairIs your representation he burned and brittle my hairI read on google review he did the same thing to another customer Randa Allan read her riview and all he dose is write excuses and excuses , they do not know how to use the bleach, prior to that in March I sent Jason a txt that my roots was so much lighter than my hair . Positive: CleanlinessI been going here for a while I usually get just a wash and blow dry its not a bad place , they give out this stamp cards that on your 8th visit it’s a free wash and dry it’s funny how I went yesterday it was my 8th time but I still had to pay I don’t like when ppl cheat u out for a few dollars.Service: Hairstyling
