Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI paid 130$ online for a full foil. Then I ended up having to pay 200$ in the store. I was very confused but paid anyways cause I’m a 19 year old girl with anxiety and didn’t want to cause a scene. But then I called back and asked what I was charged for. I was charged 55$ for a haircut (she barely trimmed my bangs, not even 5 centimeters) and wasn’t told at all it would cost any money. Then I was charged more for the full foil, no warning. They need to TELL customers when something is going to cost them money. There is no warning online that what you’re paying is not the full price. I was not told a haircut costs anything and really I didn’t even GET a haircut. Who charges 55$ to trim not even an inch off your bangs. I will never be returning here. I’m very disappointed as this is where I’ve been coming for years and have never been charged like this before. If they had charged me .40$ more my card would have declined. They told me no refunds as well, even though I was charged for services I did not ask for and was not told they would cost money let alone 55$. So ridiculous. Positive: Professionalism, QualityAbsolutely will not go anywhere else to get my hair colored. Superb quality of hair care, and such kind and down to earth artists! Cameron always does a phenomenal job on my hair- and takes extra care around my extensions, would highly recommend.
