I made an appointment with this salon for the 1st time and due to unfortunate circumstances, I had to cancel. I gave advance notice, caller the salon and explained I wouldn’t be able to make it. They were extremely rude to the point of harassment, and then sent me an email saying I was a no call no show. Which I wasn’t. I’m not sure how the services are at this salon but I am disgusted with my treatment and will never be making another appointment.
