Wanted to get 2 cornrows done, called and asked if someone would be available the next day to do the, was told yes to come at 11. So the next day I called just to confirm and was told no one was available. Won’t go to them again.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityGot some braids done here once. Horrible service and they did not care at all about how I wanted them done as the customer. Did not wash my hair properly. Towel dried my hair with extreme roughness and literally tried to rip through my hair during the detangling process. Then when braiding, I told them multiple times it was too tight. Instead of loosening up, they asked if I just wanted to leave after being half way done. The braids were so tight, I had no choice but to take them out the next day. Scalp was red and in pain for 2-3 days straight. Not to mention, instead of one woman handling this process, I had to deal with 3 of them. Took 5 hours just for some straight backs.They are not good at their jobs and I’m very sure many of them aren’t licensed to work at hair salons. Especially whoever they had wash, condition and detangle my hair. She did not know what she was doing. Very dirty and disorganized salon as well. Be careful!Got some braids done here once. I didn’t like the fact that they tell you to buy the hair extensions and when you get back to their shop, they used an older or different type of hair extensions instead, of the fresh pack you bought. Next time, I’ll pay more attention closely⁶ to make sure the hair I bought gets used on me and not for someone else. Other than that, my hair turned out good

No professionalism,they are rude to customers, some of the braiders are limited in the service they can provide. Some don’t know how to do things like feed in braids. They leave customers to leave and take care of personal business.

This salon is overly priced for them not to supply hair. I was dropped off by my fiancee and was told a specific time frame for regular cornrows in a bun. 3 and a half hours later, I was still sitting in the chair. Their communication to their clients is horrible. I had one woman blow dry my hair. Another woman whom was doing a clients head got off her head and start working on mine. 2 other young ladies finished the ends along with the woman who did the blow dry. That poor woman that had the braider that got off her head to do mine was sitting in that seat before I walked into the salon for service. I asked for normal size cornrows and got fat cornrows.

Very helpful. She went to BSW with me to make sure I purchased the right hair and also the right amount of hair. She also worked at a good pace. She took no breaks. The only concern was the children running around the store. They were extremely loud and I was afraid that they were going to get hurt.

Do not go to this shop early and expect to leave at a reasonable time! I got there at 8 a.m. and didn’t leave until 7 p.m. due to the woman kept stopping my hair to work on walk ins! She took so many breaks and even had a nerve to go shopping while I waited an hour sitting in the chair! This shop has very poor customer service! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
