I came here and Ken did my nails each time and I was happy with the work. He later quit and I wasn’t informed being he was the only one who did my nails. Each time I had an appointment I had to sit and wait 40 plus minutes just to be asked to come back because they were short hand. Tim did my nails which were rushed n uneven. Two of my nails broke the same day, and my gel polish kept peeling off after two days. He started getting frustrated so I asked him to use a different brand and color because obviously that color n brand wasn’t working out. He literally had put 5 coats on and kept telling me it’s not drying. At this point I just need my money back to go elsewhere to get the job done right. He refunded me $15 out of the $40 I spent. I hate coming to places where they want your money but can’t do a proper job.

Worst nail salon experience of my life. I’ve been there three times. All rather below my expectations. The first time I brought in my 5 daughters. Among our whole big group, I was the last one to be done. They were so slow I had to skip doing the toes when I’m the one paying for the group. Maybe my fault for not scheduling a large party ahead of time.

I took a chance on a referral from a stranger, shortly after moving to AZ… Glad I did! Ken stands by his work and I greatly appreciate his attention to detail when doing my nails. Instead of your typical small talk he walks me through his process & at this point, I let him have creative freedom. Pictured is my last set, fresh for valentine’s week! Now even 2+ weeks later, his quality of work still shows because I’ve had no breaks plus the design is still intact.

Ive been coming here for years but recently things have changed. They have a tendency not to listen to what you want first and rush even though there are 4 customers in the salon. The gentleman who works there always rushes when he does dip nails and is very painful and rough when he files/shapes your nails. Ive been going to susans for a long time and my last visit was very unpleasant, unfortunately will need to find another salon.
