Customer Service at the front desk was horrible. Called to make an appointment and couldn’t remember who my tech was . Person at front desk ask me do I remember my tech name I told her no and then proceeded to ask me do I remember what she look like instead of looking up my folio by my number. Her personality was very dry over the phone and has she was rude. I will no longer be attending this place. She place me on hold and then came back with option times. I got a Brazilian here and my experience was just ok. It’s a very clinical setting, doctors office type of room and not very inviting. The girl I had was great and it was pretty much painless. No major complaints, it just isn’t the best setting. To get naked and spread eagle in a room with a stranger I expected a bit more. There’s no cover up or anything, just get undressed in front of you technician and open up. No spa like at all.
