Confirmed my appointment with her a week prior and received a confirmation message the night before my appointment. Drove over an hour from Conroe for my appointment and she was not at the office. She did not call to cancel or reschedule the appointment. Contacted Salon Village and they said it was not their responsibility but the stylist and they basically could care less. Saw another young lady outside who had an appointment and she said her stylist Alexis did the very same thing.
