My first time trying cryo and I ended up with second degree burns on my legs. I called to inform them and requested a refund. I was promised a refund, but it never happened. Not even a call back from a manager or the owner. Bad business and consumer beware. No one warned me about the risk of being burned.

Made my first visit yesterday and loved it!! Taylor was super friendly and knowledgeable about the treatment process. Place was very clean and open. The room that had the cryotherapy machine was spacious and very clean as well. The spa provided robes, socks, gloves and slippers. The whole experience was only about 3 minutes long and Taylor was there to keep me company and talk to me throughout the therapy. It was cold but not unbearable. I would recommend anyone to try at least once. Definitely a great experience overall.

This place is awesome! Had a long sports tournament playing 11 games and then after a 3 minutes session I was feeling back to normal and ready to go again. Daphne explained everything that was going on and all the benefits plus what to expect so your not worried going into sub -200 degrees fahrenheit. Overall great customer service, great experience and great for recovering from a lot of physical activity or just to get yourself feeling great!

Cryotherapy is a unique way to give your body and extra “shock” to your system. My husband has seen tremendous results and loves it. I’ve enjoyed it as well. The sauna is always a great way to sweat out toxins. Everything throughout is always clean. The customer service Daphne provides is top notch! I love her!

Being that I dislike the cold, I was not sure that I wanted to go through with this. Jordan, however, thoroughly explained the procedure relieving me of all apprehension. She stayed in the room and kept my mind off the cold the entire time. Afterwards, I felt refreshed and relaxed. I highly recommend the treatment to anyone with any type of joint or muscle inflammation and could not recommend this particular office or staff enough.
