I’m from out of town and was in need of a haircut so I searched for barbers near me and this place just so happened to be just a few minutes away from where I was. I didn’t make an appointment , either did I call in, however I walked in and asked if there was any availability for a walk in and I was taken right in.

Had an appointment time of 1:45, sat in the front until 2 and neither of the stylists were close to being done, this is after a family walked in after me and was immediately seated in the chair. Why offer appointment time if you cant honor them? If I make an appointment I expect my appointment to start at the scheduled time, just like you would expect someone who booked an appointment to be on time. On top of this neither stylist apologized or even brought up the fact that they were behind. Terrible service.

I would have to say one of the best barbers (vero)in the area. Every time I’ve gone in she leaves that wow experience. The people and atmosphere are just great. They Have an awsome lobby full of entertainment to play on and cool little objects they sell inside. They sure know how to keep the client entertained and make it a great experience.
