I recently moved to TN and have been desperately searching for a great reliable nail salon after some not so great experiences and I finally found exactly what I was looking for at 5th Nail Lounge! Christina did an AMAZING job on my ombré dip nails, she patiently listened to my many requests and I am finally proud of my nails! My dip nails are thin, durable and beautiful! Not to mention the salon was so pretty and clean and everyone I interacted was very friendly. I am a customer for life now! Thank you Christina!

Came yesterday for a second visit (a popular vlogger) and due to a Friday it was a 45min wait which was perfectly fine. When I went to the back for a soak off and polish change I wasn’t greeted with a hello or anything she just sat me down I even asked her was she okay. Shortly after I sparked the conversation she asked if I wanted water im like yes. I seen other customers with drinks (alcoholic beverages) but there was no menu or even a mention about them. I could’ve just asked but as a new customer it should’ve been offered. Less than 24hrs my nail chipped. Smh. Now I have to commute back just to get it fixed since its not close by my house. I think they have potential to be a great salon but the customer service needs revamping. I like this salon overall I will be back but not as a regular. Thankfully I called and she said I can get it fixed no charge. Super friendly just need to work on first impressions.

This place was great! I called ahead and was able to get an appointment the same day for a dip manicure. The staff was super friendly and the facility was very clean. It’s been 2.5 weeks and my manicure is just starting to show wear. I will definitely go here again and recommend others give them a try.

The polish used was most definitely not gel. When leaving the nail salon my nails and toes kept smudging. A day later chunks were falling off. I am so disappointed especially because I spent so much money here. Lovely shop, lovely service, TERRIBLE quality Gel manicures

I had a great experience here for a gel manicure. They got me in right away for a morning walk-in. The place is impeccably clean, service was great, and the hand massage was the best I’ve ever had! Great complimentary drink menu, awesome prices for services. Lovely people. Highly recommend. Gel manicures

First time there. Receptionist was so nice and atmosphere was great but as soon as I started getting nails done it changed. I picked a hybrid polish for my acrylic nails and was told it was gonna be around $60-70 which I was ok with. I told them I’ve never done hybrid and They never told me anything special about hybrid nails. After she put on my nails and is halfway done painting them, she said that this isn’t normal acrylic and I wouldn’t be able to get a fill next time. That I would have to get a full set every single time. When I told her that they never told me that and that it should be advertised. She told me that well at least now I know for next time and that I could try it now. Had she told me that before painting I would have picked a regular gel polish but I think she wanted more money. Extremely unprofessional. Plus the entire time she was rushing. Ive had my nails done before and normally acrylic takes about an hour or so. And she got it done in less time. At first I thought she was just fast at her job but at the end of me getting my nails done it was clear she was trying to be done to get to a different woman who had an appointment. I wish she would have let me go with someone else or told me to schedule an appointment since I was a walk in rather than rush the entire time and not be truthful about pricing. After I get these off I will not being going back or recommending anyone go there. Super unfortunate.
