Well the drive is over. I loved my experience with Hailey at Jandee. It was my first trip to the salon after a year and a half due to a breast cancer battle and chemo. Hailey did a thorough consultation and understood exactly what I wanted. She took her time and I felt pampered. I love my highlights, base color, and cut. She did a beautiful job for a wonderful value. It was less than half what I have paid for similar services at other salons that were half as nice. I have a new stylist and salon! This place is a gem. Nice environment, and the staff are sweet and professional. I have been driving to Skokie for a year to get my hair done because I couldn’t find a place I liked in the area. Well the drive is over. I loved my experience with Hailey at Jandee. It was my first trip to the salon after a year and a half due to a breast cancer battle and chemo. Hailey did a thorough consultation and understood exactly what I wanted. Critical: QualityTerrible haircut. The cut was far shorter than I had requested, they used clippers instead of shears, and STILL missed areas in the back. Absolutely will never give this salon business again.EDIT: Despite what the owner alleges, I never once asked for my hair to be an inch long on top, I asked for 1 to 2 inches OFF the top.Service: HairstylingTerrible haircut.
