The service here is never consistent. Although this place is right next to my apartment, I’m not coming back again. The receptionist’s attitude was very rude and disrespectful until the moment I walked in. When she started doing my manicure, she was constantly on the phone so she had stop to talk to new customers at least 10 times. When I asked her questions about my manicure/ membership, she barely answered. I’ve got the most rushed and worst manicure as excepted. For a place with such a big turnover, receptionist shouldn’t be doing manicure. Also, all the customers around me were offered complimentary massage, except me – as opposed to my previous appointment. Overall, they treat you as if they don’t want you to be there. You shouldn’t be treated like this anywhere, especially when you’re paying to get a service.

I love this place! I go every two weeks and Shelley gives me the best gel manicure I’ve ever gotten anywhere. I’ve been to salons that charge $65 for a gel manicure and they don’t compare to this $40 one. Shelley is not only super nice but she takes her time and my nails always look amazing. She is willing to wait to let the acetone soak the gel instead of filing it off so my nails don’t get damaged, which is key. She also always lets me try a bunch of colors on to decide 🙂

I’ve come here a few times for gel manicures and never had an issue. I love the work. Today however I’ve had an issue and now I won’t be returning. Entering 45 minutes before closing I ask for my usual gels, I have an important dinner coming up and today is my only day of freedom to get them done. I immediately get told no I can’t have one. I have extremely brittle nails without the gels on; as my nails are long as well and I work retail, they will break within 5 minutes of my shift. So I ask for a manicure as a back up. I’m also told no I can’t. It have never taken longer than 25-30 for my gels. They had two girls that seemed to have just sat down for their manicure minutes before me but for me it’s an issue? Good luck losing someone who literally tips 50-60% of whatever I was charged. Off to target for nail hardener and Amazon for a Uv light

I used to love Element Beauty and had been a regular prior to Covid. Was always kind and tipped their staff well. It seems like many of the staff aren’t pleasant anymore and have poor customer service skills. I will add, that there’s a noticeable difference in how they treat their clientele of color versus those who are white (a few friends who also have gone there also noticed it). I walked in for a pedicure asked a question and their staff member had an abrupt response. She was someone I went to regularly and she treated me like a stranger or like I was going to jump the line when I was asking about putting my name down on the list. It was very odd and off putting. I walked out and never thought I would have to type this about this establishment. I do not recommend this place at all and it breaks my heart to say that.

My favorite salon! 1. Every manicure (both regular and gel) I’ve had here lasts so long! 2. Every employee is so detail oriented and kind. It doesn’t matter who I’m paired with, I know I’m getting a great mani/pedi! 3. The massages here are the best! Splurge a bit in the spa pedicures and you get the most amazing 10 minute leg and foot massage. 4. It does not smell like chemicals, as they don’t do acrylics nor extensions, so you don’t get a headache.

Came here today place was nice and very clean but they prices are way to high, got a pedicure without gel which was 35 dollars plus and they ask for tip don’t even let you give them one. They rushed my feet and it wasn’t even done. Will never go back here again Pedicure

NEVER AGAIN. So first off thank you to the lady who did my toes but never again. I was expecting to pay $76 in total but was basically forced to pay a $15 tip. Now the money ain’t the issue but the fact I’m being forced to pay a $15 tip after I agreed on a $5 tip is ridiculous. Even after I told her I don’t have enough on my card for a tip, just the service, she still charged my card $15 extra when I told her no. That lady in the front who’s probably the manager has a nasty attitude and doesn’t appreciate any tips. Even after she charged me $15 for the tip she didn’t even say thank you. Ungrateful. ANYWAYS don’t go there.

Came here for the first time a couple weeks ago, had a great experience! They were able to fit me in quickly even though I didn’t have an appointment. Manicure was quick and very good—it’s been two full weeks and I don’t have a single chip in my nail polish yet. Will be coming back!

I came to this location only couple of times but after my 2nd time I will be avoiding it. I left this place frustrated and upset. First when I came I was welcomed by the receptionist who needs her attitude checked, I brushed it off at first and proceeded to get my gel mani done but she was incredibly rude and disrespectful to other customers as well that came after me. On top of that my manicure was one of the worst ones I’ve ever gotten, I asked for square shape and indeed 2 of my nails are square but the rest of them are oval or crooked, some are longer but some were cut very very short which isn’t at all what I asked for.

The space is gorgeous! I came in on a Tuesday evening, around 6 pm for a regular pedicure. I did not have an appointment, but they took me right away. I was escorted to the back area where the pedicure bar was set up. The nail technician that did my feet was swift, attentive, and made me feel comfortable. I forgot her name but I will for sure be updating this review when I go back or figure it out lol. After the polish was placed on my toes meticulously, I was escorted to the dry bar. Here I sat down to dry my toes, and I also received a complimentary back massage. Nothing fancy, however greatly appreciated! The price point is fairly reasonable and nothing has chipped off of my toes yet.
