I brought my cousin in to have her hair fixed from the dreaded BOX DYE! Liz took care of her so well- and was able to get her looking fantastic. My cousin is a natural blonde and grabbed black box dye– AHH!! I know.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been to this place 3 times and have left so upset each time. Sydney was my stylist and the first time I went I got a simple haircut. She didn’t cut my bangs right but I left it alone because I can always have it fixed next time. The next time I went I wanted the ends of my hair bleached. I showed her how I high I wanted it and she made it way lower than I had asked. I tried for a week to like it and I couldn’t. It wasn’t as high as I wanted it. I came in tonight to have her fix it. I don’t know what she thought I meant and I clearly didn’t understand what she said but she did NOT fix it! In fact she made it worse! Instead of adding another all over bleach to upper part of my hair, she just did highlight like strands. Which is NOT at all what I wanted. She said “we can probably add a few more strands” and I thought she meant go higher up and also just add some extra even higher strands. Clearly that wasn’t the case. She also didn’t even ask me how I wanted it. Just started on what she thought. Now I just look like I got my ends bleached and a really sorry excuse for a highlight job. Best part, I still had to pay for her to fix the initial mistake! I will NEVER go here again because it’s clear no one listens and just does what they want.
