Critical: ProfessionalismMy haircut was fine. It was the employee named Jennifer that answered the phone that was not. I’ve seen her in there one other time previously. She is very unprofessional when speaking to and in front of customers. She sounds like she’s either wasted or has zero desire to be there. Not sure which it is but using clear, concise, polite communication would be more attractive for the business. Will not be returning. Especially at almost $20 for a #1 shave all over that takes 5 minutes maybe 10. Glad I had a coupon. Oh, and the “Check In Online To Save Time” sounds great when it takes me 15 min to get there at 0 min wait time online but it sounds like not saving time when you are told, “it doesn’t hold your spot and it’s not an appointment so check in, come in but I won’t promise to get you in. That’s just to put your name on the list.” I didn’t realize there was a “guest list” for this club. Gee… Thanks.My haircut was fine.
