I have been going for IPL treatments and notice a huge difference in my sun spots. Absolutely frustrating. I purchased a groupon for IPL TREATMENT. I cant tell you how many times I’ve tried contacting this stablishment. I left several messages. No one answers the phone and no one call me back. Im not a person who complains or write bad reviews, but this is unnaceptable. I wasted my money. A friend of mine had alreasy advise me against purchasing a groupon for this place, however I did anyways. I live 1 hour and 15 minutes away!!! It left a bitter taste on my mouth. I dont even want to go anymore, just want my money back! What am I supposed to do : loose money over this, deserve a refund or go for treatment? The last one, I dont think so. Oh, I even sent out an email. Im sure, someone will write back here, saying this or that, trying to look good however its irrelevand. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW UP. I DO NOT FEEL LIKE DRIVING 1 HOUR AND 15 JUST TO BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. I hope you have a better hope than I.
