I really hate leaving bad reviews but after the poor customer service and similar reviews I decided to move forward with it. I went in for a manicure and pedicure on Wednesday during my lunch break. The first two photos show what the nails looked like directly after I left once I got back to the office. Did not polish the whole nail, splotchy, and just overall looked very poorly done. The next three photos were taken yesterday. Chipping and cracking. The final photo is from today. Two days after I got them done. It is a shame I will have to take the polish off tonight. I emailed them with no response, then when I called and asked how I can go about getting a refund they told me they don’t do refunds that they will only fix them. I do not have time to go in and get ALL of my nails redone including my pedicure because my toenails are the exact same quality. I am very disappointed because the staff was nice when I was in there and it was very clean. If I would have had time to get them corrected while I was there then I would have. I will not be returning here unless it is to receive a refund.

If you want your dip to look like an uneven hot mess then by all means go to Ivy. I just sat there hoping he would correct this monstrosity but nope. I hate confrontation so I just paid and left. He even had the nerve to complain about my 15% tip. He’s lucky he got one at all. These nails are awful. Never coming here again. I bought all the tools necessary to do them at home bc I know I can at least do better than whatever this is. Just ew.

My technician, Maria, is the BEST I have ever had. She takes her time, and is meticulous. The shop is spacious with good ventilation. Prices are reasonable, and environment is comfortable. You really are pampered…wonderful!!

Horrible service and overpriced. They hardly did anything to my nails. Second time coming here and I had to ask why they didn’t do the callous remover part. The nails here never last longer than a week even if it’s shellac or dip. They kept ignoring me when I asked to see their dip colors. They ended up choosing an ugly red color I didn’t want because they refused to show me their colors

Very bad experience spent $125. Very unprofessional. Up charged my moms. They didn’t use foot file. They never massaged or anything. I tried asking her questions she’d never respond to me. My friend translated some of what they were saying. They were laughing about how I didn’t get the more expensive pedicure. Just talking about us a lot. Extremely unprofessional. No apologizes or anything. I questioned the people beside us why didn’t I get a massage or them to do my feet. They just were like wow sorry you had such a bad experience your first time you got a pedicure.
