Critical: ProfessionalismI walked into Wal-Mart today, specifically to have my friend pay for a birthday pedicure. There was one lady doing nails for one customer when I told her what I wanted. She gor the attention of another worker that was in the back. When she asked what I want I repeated myself and added that, because I’m disabled, I would need help getting in & out of the chair. She promptly stated that she won’t do that andb if I can’t get in the chair then I cannot get a pedicure there. I was so hurt and offended. Her helping hand would have been sufficient but she didn’t ask me what kind of help I actually needed. I turned and walked out. I will NEVER go back & I will NOT recommend this Regal Nails location. I will also report this to ADA since there has been no accomodation for a person with disabilities. She was rude and wrong. I didn’t want to hear another word from her or speak, or even look back her direction. I would never let her touch me to provide a service that I would have been ok to pay for and even provide a tip. I walked into Wal-Mart today, specifically to have my friend pay for a birthday pedicure. There was one lady doing nails for one customer when I told her what I wanted.
