Not clean enough for me. Spots and nail dust everywhere. Portable nail dryers not cleaned. I actually got an infection in my cuticle and called to complain. Receptionist was very nice and apologized but the owner had no response. Even after I texted her these pictures. Staff is nice, but rushed. We had a 1:00 appointment but didn’t start until 1:30 & 1:45 (a friend). We won’t be back.

I’m not impressed. The manicure I got looked grown out not even 2 weeks after getting it done. Plus, the nail tech was incredibly rough with my cuticles, so now they are ragged, dry, and hard to maintain. The process was rushed, and it was clear that the tech was under pressure to just get the job done. I had to tell him to leave my nails under the UV lamp for the full minute. On top of everything, they had just raised their prices recently, so I ended up paying more than I thought I would. The photo below is exactly two weeks after the day I got my nails done.

Critical: QualityCalled for an appointment and was told to come on in. I walked in at 11:55 for a pedicure walked out at 12:18. very rushed! Was never asked what kind of pedicure I would like. she had polish all over my toes and it was very thick. I picked red so it’s very noticeable in on my skin. completely cut my toes so uneven and corners. So the thing about this place is your service can be either great or terrible, completely depending on the nail tech you get. If you’re busy like me and have to select whoever has an opening at the time you need to go, this isn’t the greatest. The salon is clean and has nice service and amenities, however the quality of my services is typically inconsistent as it is a dice roll whether I get a good tech or not. Sometimes my gel lasts two weeks….sometimes it lasts two days. It’s a huge place so they will almost always have openings as they have dozens of staff, so if you need flexibility this is a good pick.

Nee is always so kind and welcoming, and she is so detail oriented! I’ve been getting dip manicures, pedicures and massages with her and she is absolutely phenomenal. The salon is so clean and modern, always playing music and TVs (typically one with HGTV or cooking channels which I love!) and they always offer you beverages! I’ve been getting dip manicures, pedicures and massages with her and she is absolutely phenomenal. The salon is so clean and modern, always playing music and TVs (typically one with HGTV or cooking channels which I love!) and they always offer you beverages! First timer at 202 nails and will definitely be back. The studio has a very nice atmosphere, plenty of pedicure and manicure stations and an excellent selection of polishes. While I was there it got busy, but Everyting ran very efficiently and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I made an online appointment, which I prefer to do, so this was a plus. On entry, I was immediately greeted at check in, selected a polish color and was taken to thr station – no wait Tina was my technician and did a fabulous job. Loved all the special touches, such as hot stone leg massage with the pedicure and a neck and shoulder massage following my gel manicure. I left feeling really pleased with the overall experience and very highly recommend.

My first time coming here was yesterday very friendly staff, very clean nail salon.Tina did my nails, she is so nice and thorough I went to a different nail salon that messed my nails up and Tina took the time to let me know what was going on with my nails and she fixed them correctly. I got gel dip and I absolutely love my nails. I would definitely recommend this place.
