This review is so overdue and I’ve been meaning to write it for years (I’ve been going to Empire Therapeutic for about 4 years now). Katrina is so kind and you can tell that she truly cares about her customers and their experience. The space is clean, calming, and relaxing and Katrina gives the best massages I’ve ever received. I almost cried the first time I went because the massage relieved so much tension in my back. I wish I could go every month!

I received a massage from Katrina at EMTC as a birthday gift, and what a gift it was! When I arrived I was immediately greeted by Katrina. She was really communicative and helpful in deciding which areas needed to be focused on. She made me feel relaxed and at ease. I really enjoyed my massage and look forward to booking my next one!

I have only had 2 visits (with Christy), but so far my experience has been very positive; all visits on time, professional and effective, payment and follow-up visits easy to schedule. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityAbsolutely the best massage and overall wellness experiences I have had. Katrina (Trina) is incredibly skillful and intuitive; she provides the highest quality therapeutic massage. I also love her music selections and the warming feature of the massage table. Empire Therapeutic Massage Center is very clean and welcoming. I see Trina once/month for a 1 hour therapeutic massage and each session has been unique, with different techniques and attention to problem areas. Very highly recommended to anyone searching for pain relief, relaxation, or wellness.Absolutely the best massage and overall wellness experiences I have had. I had my first appointment here and second massage overall with Gary and loved it. I came in for a therapeutic massage and ended up getting an orthopedic deep tissue done after going over my problems with Gary and he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he thought could benefit me without pressuring at all to change the plan. My pain levels and range of motion after were way better than they’ve been in a while and I even recommended Empire and Gary to one of my friends whos been wanting a massage the same day as my first appointment

I’ve gone here a few times. Each visit I had a different masseuse. They make your time there very comfortable & relaxing. Katrina gave me my last massage. She played excellent music & did wonders on my back! I’ll continue to come here for the reasonable prices and excellent service!
