Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueBeing new to town I wasn’t sure where to go but saw them when I went to the store and decided to give them a try. I walked in and they took me right away. Everything was fine at first. I had two broken nails that were quite painful still (broke while moving). She took extra care at first. But as the apt went on she became more and more rough. Almost as if she was rushing. I kept saying “ow!” But she didn’t respond.I walked in saying I wanted a new set since I had two broken ones. She talked me out of a full set and into just doing a rebase. First time I’ve ever been undersold at a nail salon. Lol.I asked her to take some length off. She cut my pinky and showed me and I said ok. Then she proceeded to cut the rest of my nails MUCH shorter than the pinky so now they look all out of whack. The ones that she had to repair ended up wider and thicker than the others. They are all bumpy.As I was leaving I noticed globs of dried powder along the edges of a couple and she said “just pull off it just dried powder.” I said “uh no can you file it off??” I don’t want to pick at it and cause my nail to lift or something.Oh and I asked for “long coffin shaped” nails. Being new to town I wasn’t sure where to go but saw them when I went to the store and decided to give them a try. I walked in and they took me right away. Everything was fine at first. I had two broken nails that were quite painful still (broke while moving). She took extra care at first. But as the apt went on she became more and more rough. Almost as if she was rushing. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHorrible. I asked for a certain shape for my nails, only to be told it wouldn’t look right. But to also fail on delivering the suggested shape is unacceptable. They are uneven and lumpy. Unacceptable. I picked a color then was told it’s basic and a suggestion was made. This was great in my mind, maybe I can change it up, to only be told (when I asked for an opinion on another color) and I quote “ it’s your nails not mine”, “ you have to wear it”. “ I can’t look at the color right now”. I said well you opened the floor to suggestions so why suggest anything if im bothering you. Long story short I lost 50 bucks. They seemed more concerned with pedicures and rushing to get to them, maybe expecting a hefty tip. Well they missed out on what could have been a heftier tip if the services I paid for were delivered with care! But I am getting these off tomorrow! Too horrible to show anyone. Unacceptable! Horrible. I asked for a certain shape for my nails, only to be told it wouldn’t look right. But to also fail on delivering the suggested shape is unacceptable. They are uneven and lumpy. Unacceptable. I picked a color then was told it’s basic and a suggestion was made. I was up charged for callus removal when I didn’t have calluses on my feet. They soaked my gel nails off directly in acetone, not wrapped and I saw the nail tech reuse the acetone by putting it back in a squeeze bottle to be reused. They weren’t soaked long enough and she scraped the polish off my nails. Then told me my nails were too thin to get gel that I should get SNS which I was up charged for. Just bad service, cutting corners with product. I tried this place because it’s close to home but I will never go back. I was up charged for callus removal when I didn’t have calluses on my feet.
