Critical: Quality, ValueI waited almost an hour and a half (I understand other people had appointments). I chose this place because it was open Sundays and close to my home. I wanted to get a polish change on my toes and a refill. I have no problem paying for designs or anything extra, which brings me to my photo. I was told it would be an extra $5 for the regular glitter polish below making my polish change $17. What a joke! It wasn’t even gel polish. She had already started my polish change so I just chose a different regular color. As I look around I noticed 1. They don’t take cards on Sundays & if you use a card any other day it will cost you $1. I hope the IRS sees this! I will NEVER recommend or go to this place ever again. This was my first time here and they did an okay job. Not sure if it’s because I haven’t gotten acrylic nails in a while, or the tech , but handling of my nails were a little rough and not gentle. Pricing was as expected – about $50 for short tapered square. It’s in a very large plaza, so it’s convenient, but I honestly wouldn’t come again.

Went on Saturday, November 19, 2022 to get eyebrows waxed. Person was offended because I asked her to wash their hands before touching my face. She got wax in my hair. Not only that she didn’t clean the excessive wax from around my eyebrows. Another woman working their clean up the excessive wax. I won’t go back there anymore. Waxing

I Visited this Establishment and It was very calm and soothing. I had Myoung I believe and I apologize if I am butchering your name. They take their time and are very patient with you and what you want. They accept debit cards everyday but SUNDAY. sunday is CASH only. I will be coming back for future trips I was very estatic yesterday. I review every place I attend. This was totally worth it !!!!! Next time I will get a Pedicure . Good job Ladies !!!!!!!

You definitely get what you pay for here. I’ve had several of their nail techs do my nails and the service is still the same. The place is clean, professional and they provide great service.

The first few times I had visited, the results went well but this time was a different story. I had to reselect several different colors from the available options they gave me because they then figured out they didn’t have it. We went through this like 8 times! Then I finally pick a simple color that I know they should have; a simple clear pink. The tech assured me that it’s clear just to find out it’s not! I settle with it cause I’m just tired and over the whole situation. Then girly chips the top of the polish revealing what looks like the first layer of dip and pretends it’s fine. long story short, cuticles look like a hang-nail mess and she’s like it’s too late to fix it! Too late!! Just says she’ll put some oil on it. We’ll let me tell you, as soon as you wash your hands, them stank cuticles are very present. Are you telling me that I have to do my own nails after getting them done! $40 wasted. It would be one thing if it was a free service from a tech in training ‘as practice’ but this is from an experienced tech and I’m a paying customer!! I should file a complaint with my bank. End result is just a hot mess.
