after canceling my account i have been continually charged. When I emailed asking them to refund me the 300 dollars they refused and did not respond to my emails. They are doing nothing to make it right, I would even be okay if they would give me 5 months for free since they took that amount of money after i cancelled but they are not even willing to do that.

Excellent services!!! Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly professional, personable and knowledgeable about their products. When I was there having my profile created, a customer barged in demanding to get into a tanning bed that I was about to go into. Emily handled the situation professionally and made me feel taken care of given the situation. I am happy to return and use your services.

This place is corupt. I have sent 3 emails asking for my account to be canceled and they continually charge my credit card. I now have to cancel card and report the charges asfraudulent. Every time I call to speak with the owner they tell me he will call back I have still to hear from him. All I want to do is cancell and supposedly I can only do that through email which I have sent 3. Next step is to report charges as fraud and report to the better business bureau oregon. Their other location on Barrows road they closed with no notice and did not even pay their employess.

The owner of this location is extremely rude. From the moment I walked in the door, he immediately cut me off when I began to talk. And the conversation just kept getting worse. I did not feel comfortable using their services because of this, so I decided to leave. Super unfriendly location. I have been to other Tan Republics, and have always received wonderful service. So if you want to go somewhere and be treated terribly, this is your place!

Purchased a Groupon and was wanting to redeem it. Called and the owner said that it’s only for new customers which it doesn’t state that in the fine print of the Groupon. Should update that if you gonna refuse guests, got refunded but still inconvenient.
